International free shipping POLICY FOR orders above Rs.30,000/- :

  • Free Shipping: We offer free international shipping on orders valued over Rs. 30,000/-.
  • Weight Limitation: Free shipping applies to orders weighing up to 5kg. For example, if your order is valued at Rs. 35,000 and weighs 6kg, the first 5kg will be shipped for free, and you will only need to pay the extra 1kg (based on applicable rates).
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the higher of the basket size or actual weight. For example, if the total order value is Rs. 40,000 and the basket size (volume) exceeds the weight equivalent; shipping will be based on the larger of the two, either the basket size or actual weight.
  • Remote Area Surcharge (RAS): If your delivery address is in a remote area, a surcharge will apply. This surcharge will be communicated to you before shipping, and it must be paid through the website.
  • Customs, Taxes, and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs of charges, taxes, and duties that may apply at the time of delivery, as per the regulations of the destination country.
